Mr. Sharad Sanghi has been involved in setting up large TCP/IP based networks and provisioning Internet services from 1990. Sharad worked for the Unified Network Management Architecture Group at AT&T; Bell Labs followed by the Backbone Engineering Group for the NSFNET Advanced Network and Services, New York. Thereafter, he consulted to Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust in designing and deploying wide area networks.
Sharad was part of the Router Systems Engineering at IBM Global Network (Advantis) till August 1995. He has advised and provided independent technical consultancy services to various enterprises including VSNL, Reliance, Bay Networks, Digital, Datacraft, Calisys, Eicher, ICICI Bank and Indusind Bank. Sharad is the Chief Executive Officer at Netmagic which he founded in 1998. Sharad is a BSEE from IIT Bombay and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University New York.
