About Rahul Khanna

Rahul Khanna (born 20 June, 1972) is an Indian actor.

He is the son of the actor Vinod Khanna and brother of Akshaye Khanna, both popular in Indian cinema.

He made his film debut in Canadian director Deepa Mehta's 1998 film 1947:Earth, for which he won a Filmfare Award as Best Newcomer, and has since also appeared in Jag Mundhra's Bawander (2000) and Mehta's Bollywood/Hollywood (2003). He also appeared in the American film The Emperor's Club (2002). In 2005 he appeared in his first mainstream Bollywood film Elaan. After a break from acting for two years, he returned in 2007 with the film Raqeeb.

He was also a video jockey on MTV India."
