1. Now this reminds me of Bharati Airtel outsoucing its’ IT ops to IBM, way back in 2004 (the popular $750mn deal).
   MMT has outsourced its’ ops to IBM Daksh for the next 5 years.
   IBM Daksh will takeover about 400-500 employees from MakeMyTrip.com on its rolls,..IBM Daksh employees will perform travel-related BPO work for MakeMyTrip.com such as offering airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, travel packages and holidays in India as well as in the UK, US, and Australia.
