STAR India and Digital Entertainment Networks (DEN) have formed a 50:50 joint venture to distribute television content using IPTV, MMDS (Wireless Cable), DTH and HITS, reports Television Point. Variety adds that Mobile is excluded from the deal. I wonder if that includes both TV over mobile networks and Mobile TV. The terms of the deal haven't been disclosed.
