Sony (NYSE: SNE) and Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) appear to have synchronized their gaming console announcements for India: While MS announced the launch of xBox Live (details here), Sony announced the launch an Indian version of its PS2 game - Singstar Bollywood - with a tie-up with Sony BMG and T-Series for content, reports Business Standard. They're in talks with Saregama for content as well.
