Google (NSDQ: GOOG) is in early stages of negotiations with Reliance Communications (RCom) to lease 500 GB bandwidth of group company Flag Telecoms trans-Pacific undersea communications cable, reports Business Standard. Cant be too certain of this report, though - at one point the story says that its a long term lease deal is estimated to be around $80-100 million, while at another Flag Telecom will sell dark fibre to Google.
